麒麟控股是一家位於日本的飲品、酒精性飲料以及製藥工業公司，擁有麒麟啤酒品牌，其麾下負責各國貨品行銷、販賣的子公司分布於美國、澳大利亞、臺灣、南韓、中國、香港以及東南亞地區。該公司為三菱集團其下之一員，而該公司香港貨倉已遷往粉嶺。

其知名產品「KIRIN一番搾」主打只用第一道麥汁釀造，所謂的一番搾,就是啤酒製造過程中,糖化完成之後的麥糊經過過濾器自然流出的第一道麥汁。熱水加入濾出一番搾後的麥湖渣中,所濾出出的第二道麥汁稱為二番搾,一般的啤酒皆因為生產成本的考量,多數採以一番搾與二番搾混合而成，只用一番搾麥芽榖所釋放出來的單寧成分較少，所以口感不同。

札幌啤酒（サッポロビール株式会社、Sapporo Breweries）是日本具代表性的啤酒生產企業之一。明治9年 （1876年）時，日本政府的開拓使在北海道札幌市創建了開拓使麥酒醸造所，公司名稱就來自於在這裡生產的「冷製札幌ビール」。公司創建於1949年（昭和24年）9月1日，舊大日本麥酒株式會社因駐日盟軍總司令部（GHQ）的《過度經濟力集中排除法》及《企業再建整備法》而改為『日本麥酒株式會社』，1964年（昭和39年）1月改名為札幌啤酒株式會社。之後因集團全體改為控股公司體制，在2003年（平成15年）7月1日商號改為札幌控股株式會社，現業一切均移交給新設公司「札幌啤酒株式會社」，改為純粹控股公司。自2010年（平成22年）開始，企業的宣傳口號是「讓乾杯更加美味」（「乾杯をもっとおいしく。」）。

名稱由來
長久以來，一直有一種關於「三得利（サントリー）」的名稱由來說法廣為流傳：這個名字是由創始者鳥井先生（鳥井さん）的日語讀音「トリー さん」顛倒順序得來[1]。但這其實是訛傳，「三得利（サントリー）」中的サン（SUN）來源於當時鳥井信治郎的壽屋所販賣的一種甜酒，赤玉紅酒中的「赤玉」（引申為「太陽」）二字。

司陶特啤酒（英語：Stout），又稱烈性啤酒、烈性黑啤酒，一種深色的啤酒，由烘焙過的麥芽或是大麥、啤酒花、水及酵母所製成。它源自於波特啤酒（Porter），酒精含量約7%至8%，口味較強烈。
歷史
司陶特源自法語：Stout，原義是強烈，或是光榮的意思。最早源自於英國波特啤酒，傳入愛爾蘭之後，愛爾蘭人將原料由原先的烘烤麥芽，改為未發芽的烘烤大麥，形成司陶特啤酒。

Singha (Thai: สิงห์; rtgs: Sing) is a 5% abv pale lager produced by Boon Rawd Brewery. It is available as a 5% abv draught beer; 3.5% abv Singha Light was introduced in 2006.
Beer production capacity is 1 billion litres per year. Until recently Singha was the best selling beer in Thailand, but is now challenged by Beer Chang, brewed by ThaiBev (formerly the Beer Thai Company). In 2007, Boon Rawd regained its number one spot in Thailand.
Singha has been available in the UK since 2010 in supermarkets (Tesco, Waitrose, Sainsburys, Asda and Morrisons) as well as in Thai restaurants. There are growing sales of Singha in bars, following the launch of draught Singha in 2011.
From 2013, Singha beer has been produced at Carlsberg's Russian plant for distribution in European markets. Singha also uses eight Carlsberg plants in Asia for production as part of an agreement to share each other's production facilities and markets.
