For those who didn't know, he thought somebody had done something big wrong.
For those who know, take it for granted, it is a piece of cake, and they are only clowns in their hearts.
I don't know how most of the management of other companies will deal with it when something happens.
I know that for some senior leaders, when a colleague does something wrong, they can correct it immediately. This is the right path.
Colleagues are all human beings. When they encounter problems or do something wrong, they all know to do it better next time. There is no need to take the opportunity to say something to insult your colleagues.
But some low-level management often have four steps.
That means communicating everything with loud noises.
Then, he raised his voice to let others hear, so that people in the distance could hear, thinking that he could let others know that they have a good management job.
After that, the incident was exaggerated. If it is not timely, it may lead to more serious mistakes and so on.
Finally, they will use a "teaching method" to ask you whether you know what you have done wrong, what you should not do in the future, etc., and ask you to tell the answer, thinking that others will worship their ignorant "wise leader" style.
Most of the people who work here know exactly what they're doing, it's just ignorance, incompetence, and low-level management who think everyone else is stupid.
In fact, most people here have higher or much higher education than them. Only the lower-level management is so hopelessly ignorant and asking for ridicule.
