黃大仙中心北館地下被水淹，餐廳牛奶冰室沒頂，只看到牛奶冰室四個字樣。
市民得到一日假期，帶仔女去看看這個百年一遇的黑雨奇景。

The ground floor of the Temple Mall North of Wong Tai Sin Centre was flooded, and the Milk Cafe was submerged, and only the words "Milk Cafe" in Chinese were visible.
