Fried Fish in Melon Sauce has the typical flavor of Thai and South East Asian Countries.
Spring Roll w/ Pork is not in the form of roll, though its name is spring roll.
Green Papaya Salad is not too spicy, it is always presented in such a way.
Tom Yum Fish Soup is not in small portion, it is of course shared. It is flavorful.
We have drunk many bottles of Beer Myanmar in the whole journey.
Though
it is a bit packed if full, it is anyway the best hotel and hotel
restaurant we have ever seen in Nyaung Shwe (Inle Lake).
Hotel
Amazing has a bit different in appearance from the surrounding. Just
from the photo, I do not believe it is a resort hotel in Myanmar.

Remarks:
This immaculate boutique hotel has gorgeous rooms decorated with murals
and cultural artifacts and an open-air pavilion on a bridge over the
canal.
Because
of the former supper, we decide we must have a dinner in Hotel Amazing
before we leave this lovely Inle Lake. Tonight, we select a table
indoors. Though the tables are a bit packed, its decoration and lighting
are evidence that it is a luxury hotel in Inle Lake (Nyaung Shwe).
Myanmar
is affected by Thailand in view of food. Thai food is more delicious
than Burmese food, in my experience. In Hotel Amazing, there are more
Thai dishes in the menu. We order five dishes altogether, we want to
have a slow dinner in this is lovely hotel restaurant. Dishes are nicely
presented and of high quality. It is anyway a hotel restaurant. Though
the dishes have not yet attained an outstanding level, it is already at
top level in Myanmar. We have also visited some restaurants serving top
level dishes in Myanmar, we would introduce them one by one.
