Ho Choi is a chained Chinese restaurant group, it has eighteen Chinese restaurants in the group. We are introduced to dine in Tsuen Wan. There is no booking and we have to queue up in person.
We order eight dim sums. All are the normal ones, but it seems that Ho Choi has the ability to prepare them with higher quality. That means all dim sums are very tasty, except the dessert. This must be the result of enthusiasm, heart and skill. It does not like other food group, their food items are normally of average or below average quality. We like Ho Choi – Tsuen Wan.
