In fact, it is not spicy. Portion is large enough. Soup is of strong shrimp taste.

I
seldom try Malaysian food. Sorry, in my mind, Malaysian foods have a
strange taste to me and are not so delicious as Guangdong foods. This
afternoon I try in this Prawn Noodle Shop. From the magazine clippings
stuck on the glass wall, I was attracted by “Prawn with sliced meat noodle with spicy prawn soup” $34 (no 10% service charge).
It
takes about 4 minutes, the prawn noodle is served in front of me.
Firstly, I try a soup. It is delicious and has the taste of fresh prawn.
It should be boiled with fresh prawn for several hours. The soup is not
thick but the taste is very concentrated. To be the signature item in this shop, it got a “pass with credit”.
There
are several half-prawns and sliced pork meats on top of noodle. Prawn
meat is fresh enough and not frozen food. Pork meat should be steamed
over water and should have added nothing to increase the taste; the
nature taste of pork can then be retained.
Spicy soup is not too spicy to me (as I like spicy food), it should
be quite spicy to those people who are not fond of spicy food. Anyway,
all in the bowl are all right. I enjoy the whole eating process .
Besides
prawn and sliced port meat, there are also sliced chicken meat,
fishcake, squidball, meatball, fishball, seafood, vegetable, beancurd
and mushroom. Free Chinese tea is served. Environment is ok. There are
about 40 seats in the restaurant. This restaurant should be quite crowded in weekday's lunch time. I would try another bowl of noodle again in this shop.
