'Braised Abalone w/ Goose Web' should be the signature dish. Abalone, goose web and black mushroom are good companions.
Abalones are not too small in size and have been braised in sufficient time.
When it is cut into two halves, it is soft enough and chewy. But it is
not very delicious and the taste is not too strong, as only small
amount of msg, if any, has been added.
'Fried Egg w/ Dried Shredded Scallop & Bean Sprout' is savory. It
is a dish for lazy persons and when you are in short of time.

Because of rushing to see the annual Fire Dragon Dance at Tai Hang, we
select to have an early dinner at Tin Hau. We have tried here before
and it is a local restaurant we would like to try again.

mentioned in the above, comfortable seating should not be expected.
After a table is allotted to us, we immediately order a dinner set for
two. Included in the set are shark's fin soup, abalone and goose web,
and two dishes in the list . We of course would order those more expensive dishes in the list, they are steamed tofu and fried egg.
We
appreciate quality abalone and goose web are served in the set.
Particularly for the abalone, it is not too small in size and its
texture is chewy. It is the kind of abalone we expect, in terms of
texture and quality. One thing to praise
this local restaurant is that all foods are not exceptionally
delicious. It is like to dine at home (or at friends' home). It should
mainly be the result that only small amount of msg has been added, if
any. We surely would dine again in this Best Food Restaurant in future.
