Myanmar is a developing or under-developed country. It is one of the poorest countries in the South East Asia. It is suffering from decades of stagnation, mismanagement and isolation. In my observation, it should be at least 30 years lagged behind Hong Kong. From photos of building below, you would have the answer in mind.
