Fish maw and dumplings in soup is a bit salty. It is freshly steamed and very hot.
Steamed Taro Dumpling is one of the signature dim sums in Prince Dragon. Yes, it is for sure delicious and special. The stuffed taro paste is tasty and creamy.

There are too many bird cages.

Prince Edward has been newly opened for about six months, it should have put effort in shop design and interior. But there are too many bird cages inside the restaurant, it is definitely affected and overdone.
Similar to other dim sum restaurants, we tick our favourite dim sums in the dim sum paper. All dim sums are freshly steamed. This is one of the selling points of Prince Dragon. It seems that most items are a bit salty. We can only give 3/5 rating in food.
