Garden Restaurant 嘉頓餐廳 @ Shamshuipo 深水埗

Angelhair w/ Mussel in Cream Sauce has a very generous portion, but the sauce is not enough. The result is that the pasta is a bit dry, taste is ok.

Baked Rice w/ Fish Fillet & Cheese is surely much better and tastier than the pasta. Olive can also be found in the sauce. Overall rating is above average.

Cream sauce

Cheese cake is the best item in the meal. It is always so in some eateries, since baking cake should be easier to control.

The restaurant is not crowded at night. Maybe, quite a lot of people do not know there is such a restaurant in Garden Building. In this connection, it is a nice restaurant to chat and kill time.

We know this Garden Restaurant for a long time, but it should not be commonly known to most people, I guess. We decide to have the first meal in Garden Restaurant tonight. Tables are not packed and the ambiance is quite good, frankly speaking. There is not much decoration in the restaurant, but to be restaurant of reasonable pricing, it is accepted.

 

We order two main courses, namely mussel pasta and baked fish rice. Both come with toast, soup, drink and dessert. Except the pasta does not have sufficient sauce, the rice is quite good. It is anyway a nice place in Shamshuipo to chat and kill time.
