Unagi Rice Set
It is not in the right track, at first glance. There is not sufficient grilled eel sauce on the surface. This is not reasonable.
Meat
is still thick enough. But the taste is not concentrated enough. Rice
is too soft and not dry enough. It seems that this grilled eel rice set
is only average or can only get a recommended pass. There is a big
difference from the high quality in the past.

Grilled
eel rice has not yet been tried in this trip. This is the last chance
in Narita Airport. I have tried the same in Keisei Yuzen before. It is
only a selection of whether a full meal set or a set with grilled eel
rice only.
It
takes about 15 minutes before the set is served as there are quite a
lot of diners in the restaurant. But the grilled eel seems not alright
in appearance. There is not enough eel sauce on fish surface and it
looks very dry. But rice on the bottom is not dry enough. It is not a
quality grilled eel rice set as the one tried in the past. It can get a
recommended pass only. At last, the rice set has not yet been finished.
