It is only a simple stall.
Baby coconut juice is collected for later use. The flesh is detached by means of a special tool.
After these are sold, the girls would prepare another platter.
Though ice-cream is served in this simple refrigerator, it is anyway very cold.
This coconut ice-cream is natural and very in nice flavour of coconut. It is priced at 15 Baht only. It is low in price and very delicious in taste. You are highly recommended to have a try.

Remarks:
1) It takes about two hours from Bangkok downtown to Damnoen Saduak Floating Market (this floating market is not the same as / is different from Taling Chan Floating Market). It is situated about 110 KM south of Bangkok. It should be the largest floating market and one of the most famous floating markets near Bangkok.
2) In the floating market, different kinds of fruits and vegetables, like orange, grape, papaya, cabbage, bean, onion and etc grown by farmers in the vicinity are sold on small rowing boats in the canal.

The coconut ice-cream is served in two stalls by Paew. Price must not be a point to be considered. The ice-cream itself is peculiar in this market only. It is natural, special and of course very palatable, because the ice-cream is made from baby coconut juice, there is a natural nice flavour. We have in fact eaten two pieces each. If you travel to Bangkok again, you are suggested to visit this floating market if you have not visited before.
