We always want to try the Curry Buffet in the Excelsior. We are pleased that there is such a chance today. Even though there are not too many items on the buffet tables, the assortments in fact are quite sufficient to us.
There are of course curry items, cold stuffs, hot stuffs, salad and desserts. Its items are not like those commonly available in other hotel restaurants, there are no chicken wings, no spareribs, no roast duck and bbq pork. Instead, it selects the dishes which are not commonly available. An Indian chef is specially responsible for the curry items. In this connection, authenticity and freshness can be ensured.
