Grilled Salmon should be slowly cooked in the beginning. It is a bit crisp on the surface and the meat is juicy. Underneath are bean, carrot and garlic. This is a quality main dish, the portion is a bit small anyway.

Main Dish Risotto is on the other hand very generous, it should be too much for a grown-up. The rice is al dente, this is always the prerequisite for risotto. The taste is impressive but not too salty. Several pieces of walnut are added as well.

Potato Cream Soup should be the result of blending potato and mushroom, together with cream.

Home-made bread
Two small buns are at the bottom.

Shell Cake w/ Sorbet
The sorbet is more outstanding. It can be an item for afternoon tea.

Hot Coffee and Hot Chocolate

With this view, this is for sure a value for money lunch meal. If it is a sunny day, it becomes too reasonable.

We are lucky that there is still empty table for us. Most diners can see building view or harbor view, this is not expected beforehand. There are not too many options in the lunch menu, there are only four options. Price varies in a wide spectrum. The set is served with main course, salad or soup, and set drink. The dessert is not included. There should be a stunning view at night. A dinner at Ambrosia should be a memorable one.
