It comes with fish, uni, salmon roe, scallop and shrimp. We are
flooded with fresh sashimi pieces. We are very delighted in this lunch
meal.
But such meal sets are no longer available. The reason will be informed later.
Baby dried fish and Shrimp are the appetizers.
Poached Egg (Onsen Tamago)
One more point to draw your attention is that wasabi is freshly ground and is particularly strong. It is not that available in supermarket.

It is the second time to dine in Wabi Sabi. It is needed to book in advance, for fear that the restaurant is full accidentally. In my mind, this Wabi Sabi is definitely different from other “Japanese-styled” restaurants. What we care most is whether the food is authentic and fresh enough. Japanese restaurant name, Japanese layout and tableware do not imply that food served is Japanese and authentic. In Wabi Sabi, authentic Japanese food is served. Besides, sashimi is fresh enough and of high quality. This is the reason for our repeated patronage. We are pleased to have dined in Wabi Sabi again and have enjoyed two quality sashimi rice sets.
