The zesty chicken and cooked peppers are a succulent delight when mixed with the melted cheeses. Cut the quesadillas into wedges and serve with sour cream and salsa. We are pleased to have ordered this lovely and delicious stuff.

This is the second time we dine in Bresola. At dinnertime, there are not so crowded as we expect. Of course, we have made reservation. Even though it is still a small restaurant, the atmosphere is much better because of the dim yellow lighting.
We order three dishes, namely Salmon Pizza, Chicken Quesadillas and Clams Spaghetti. We guess there are two chefs in the kitchen, it therefore takes a bit longer time before they are served to us. This is not a complaint and enables us to eat slowly and one by one. I am so sorry to mention that all dishes are cooked with heart and skill, they are all very delectable and flavorful. When they are served, they all are freshly cooked and baked. This definitely enhances the overall quality and taste very much. We are pleased we have made a right decision to dine again in Bresola.
It is said that the chef is an Indian. If so, we also need to thank and appreciate him. The manager is a Nepalese, but he is helpful and courteous.
