Smoked Fish (燻魚)
The fish is fresh enough though it was cooked long time before we order, this is supported by the meat texture. The taste is well-balanced.

Braised Pork w/ Preserved Vegetable (梅菜炆豬肉) is not salty at all. The taste is authentic and decent. We like it very much.
Cold Shanghai Yao Meat (上海餚肉)
Pan-fried Pork Dumpling (生煎包) is our must-order item in Shanghai restaurant.
Please do not forget to try this chili sauce.

We are familiar with Lao Shanghai Restaurant. It is one of the restaurants in Hong Kong, which maintains its food quality during a long period. Pricing is generally reasonable. We also like Shanghai cuisine very much.
Tonight, we order four dishes. All are delicious and up to our expectation, no matter whether they are fish, dumpling and pork. We of course would try again in Lao Shanghai. How about you?
