There are four pieces of wonton in this bowl of wonton noodle.
Please note that the portion is very small. The portion is barely sufficient to be an afternoon tea for a normal adult.
I guess, the boss would like diners to leave immediately after finishing the noodle. Please note the depth of bench. Such kind of eatery is commonly found in Hong Kong. Even though the size of bench is designed to be smaller, if you do not have sufficient number of diners, is it better to serve diners with larger bench? It is the attitude of the bosses, from the bottom of their heart, they are intended to make quick money, instead of serving the best to diners. I do not think the high rental in Hong Kong should be the main reason of serving diners with smaller bench. Anyway, the shop is rented by them, they have the decision to design and serve whatever they like to diners. They themselves are responsible for the aftermath.

Suddenly I am a bit hungry in Causeway Bay. After thinking for a while, I have decided to try wonton noodle in Mak’s Noodle. There are several customers in the afternoon. I am not sure whether the business is sufficient to pay the rental.
Similar to other wonton noodle shops, wonton noodle is very small in size. The taste is of course not bad, noodle texture is also bouncy. But it is of course not the best wonton noodle in my experience. It can only get 3.5/5 for taste. I guess if it opens more branches, it will come to end at a faster pace.
