Chi Loy Heung is a local bakery of egg roll and Chinese cakes. It should have a history of more than thirty years on Number 3 Street. The shop at the front is not large, the bakery is just at the back. It should be a family business. The most salable item must be the egg roll since they are baking and rolling egg roll all the time.
Egg roll is very tasty and has a slight flavor of coconut juice. There is no need to be very strong in taste, just a balance is ok. Whenever we pass-by Sai Wan, we should give more support to this local shop.
