Kwan Kee is too famous for its pork knuckle in Fanling, it is always full even though there is no air-conditioning, but only electrical fans. Today the weather is not good, there are not too many people. What we need to do is to wait inside the eatery. This should be a very traditional way of doing business in eatery in the past.

 

We order noodle with pork knuckle and beef brisket, vegetable and soft drink. Frankly speaking, the noodle is not outstanding, it is very average. What we appreciate is the pork knuckle, which is not cooked with too much sauce, its colour is not different from the original colour of knuckle. But it is very tasty, the texture is very good and bouncy. We do not feel thirsty after drinking the soup. It must be the result of fresh food material. Besides, the cooking method should also be appreciated. We are very delighted to have tried this wonderful pork knuckle in such a traditional dining environment again.
