This is the second time we dine in Tam’s Dim, it is an afternoon tea to us. But in this afternoon tea, we have ordered more dim dums than in lunchtime. We would like to try most items in the dim sum list, it is not possible. If we want to try all items in the dim sum list, we have to visit several times or have about ten persons together.
As usual, we order dim sum from the list arbitrarily. The must order items are baby carrot and baby burger. Since all items are freshly steamed and fried, they are very hot when served. Besides, the chefs must have devoted a lot in the preparation and have sophisticated cooking skill. This is much appreciated. If not, we would like to try again and again.
Pricing is very reasonable in Tam’s Dynasty. Together with high dim sum quality, it should be much better than those Hotel Chinese restaurants.
