Chicken Wrap is quite large in size. Taste is average.


Chicken meat, taro, mushroom and ham are wrapped.


Fried Ho Fan w/ Preserved Vegetable & Pig Stomach (味菜八珍炒河) is an old dish. It should only be able to enjoy in Sam Hui Yat.


Dim Sums are steaming in such a way.



Tablewares have to be washed by your own self.


Foreigner is also fan of Sam Hui Yat.


Its old signage and old decoration are also the assets of Sam Hui Yat.

Sam Hui Yat means three minus one. Originally it had three partners, but one left.

 

It is an old and traditional tea house in Hong Kong. It should have a history of more than fifty years. This is supported by its interior decoration, fitting and floor tiles. All are evidences of its age. It seems that the tea house does not belong to the 21st century.

 

Pricing is very reasonable, this is mainly due to the mercy rationale of shop runners. Food price does increase yearly, but it increases in a very mild rate.

 

Besides dim sums, it also serves ricesheet roll, rice and noodle. Next time, we will try steamed rice with minced pork & salted fish, and with steamed fresh fish. Ricesheet roll with dried shrimp is also suggested. We are pleased to share this pleasant and wonderful experience with you. We worry about it will be engulfed by property developers soonest.
