Vermicelli with Fish Paste Puff in Fish Soup (順德魚腐米線 $23). The soup is natural, it is worth to try.
Out
of expectation, Tri-Mushroom and Seasonal Vegetable with Rice (時菜三菇飯
$38) is even better in taste than similar one in some vegetarian
restaurants.
Toasted Bun with Butter and condensed Milk (奶油豬仔包 $10) is an important member to a casual lunch of 80 marks.
Its appearance has no difference from other Cha Chaan Teng http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cha_chaan_teng in Hong Kong.
It is full and there is a queue at the entrance.

We
are lucky to have no traffic congestion and can arrive Central before
1300. At lunchtime, there are really a lot of people and the whole
restaurant is full. We jump the queue and can easily find a table for 2.
At last, we realize we are impolite to jump the queue and do not know
there is a queue at the entrance. “Hong Kong Style Restaurant” in fact
belongs to Tsui Wah Group www.tsuiwahrestaurant.com . I am sorry that
this is the first time for me to dine in any branches of Tsui Wah. It is
unbelievable, right?
This is a causal lunch only. We order
“Vermicelli with Fish Paste Puff in Fish Soup” (順德魚腐米線 $23),
“Tri-Mushroom and Seasonal Vegetable with Rice” (時菜三菇飯 $38), and
“Toasted Bun with Butter and condensed Milk” (奶油豬仔包 $10). The bill is
$71 (average $35).
The soup in “Vermicelli with Fish Paste Puff
in Fish Soup” is quite natural, and should have added less MSG than that
in Yue Mic Ka (魚米家). Or, MSG has not yet been added to the fish soup at
all. Fish Paste Puff (5 pieces, fish meat is inside tofu) is delicious.
In order to eat less meat, we order “Tri-Mushroom and Seasonal
Vegetable with Rice”. Out of expectation, this vegetarian food is even
better in taste than similar ones in some vegetarian restaurants. At
least, it is not so oily. In the menu, there are totally 6 vegetarian
options of rice and noodle. At last, we still can eat more and then
order the toasted bun. The bun is warm and crispy. Together with butter
and condensed milk in toasted bun, a causal lunch becomes a lunch
finished with 80 marks. This toasted bun is my suggestion in your next
visit.
To lunch in Hong Kong Style Restaurant is a good and late
discovery. Apart from those restaurants in IFC in Central, Hong Kong
Style Restaurant is also a good choice.
