We
plan to drink soup in Luk Po Hin after dinner in Kowloon City. Luk Po
Hin has a Chinese Herbalist and is a shop to sell Chinese soup. If you
are sick and believe in Chinese Herbal, you may consult the Chinese
Herbalist. If not , to drink the soup is also quite a good decision.
There
are more than 20 kinds of Chinese soup and Chinese Herbal tea. There
must be one suitable to you. It seems to be a slogan in an
advertisement. We order “Dace with pueraria, small red beans and dried
tangerine peel” $15 and “ Soup to soothe coughing” $20 . The price is comparatively cheap as the portion is about 250ml per bowl.
The
soups are good in taste, similar to those cooked by mother, and have
been boiled for several hours. No MSG has been added. After dinner, you
can try to drink a bowl of soup instead of dessert. It is anyhow a good
choice . Next time, when you dine in Kowloon City, you may consider my suggestion.
