Chicken Wrap
It
is nicely served but the portion is not large (and large enough). We are
contented with the food quality. Chicken stick is hot and freshly
deep-fried. Wrap is not commonly available in Yuen Long.

Penne w/ Onion & Dried Tomato
FYI,
apart from pasta, each food material will be charged additionally. This
means you may order ten food materials to cook with your pasta. This
may create a result that some ingredients may not be harmonious in taste
and flavour when they are cooked together.
Dried tomato is too
salty, to an extent that it is too salty and extremely salty. The chef
should know and test the taste of each food material before it is cooked
and placed in the menu. To me, pasta should be al dente, this is the
prerequisite. But if the sauce, pasta and food materials do not match
with one another, it is a waste only.
Penne is al dente, it is passed in this aspect.

Homey
Café is a quality eatery, this is my first impression. In Yuen Long, we
are pleased to have located such different option. Homey Café should be
an eatery serving outstanding western food.
We do not want to
eat deep-fried stuffs (like French Fries, fish n chips) and pizza, we
only order two items, namely pasta and chicken wrap. We are so sorry
that we do not have any surprise. In addition, for pasta, there is still
a gap from those cooked by western chefs. Hope this is not a bias and
you (my blogmates) will not scold me. For other items, I guess there
should not be big difference (though I have not tried all items in the
menu).
