This Fung Shing Restaurant Group is different from another Fung Shing Group with two branches only. I do not have much positive impression towards this group, mainly because we dined in its Sheung Wan branch long time ago, it was very dirty. This point is sufficient for us not to patronize this group again.
This time, it is the branch in Whampao Garden. In the morning, the restaurant is about 70% full. It is quite easy to be allotted or find your preferred table. We order several dim sums, they are mainly on the dim sum list or the promotion list. Pricing is very reasonable. Sometimes, it is a bit unbelievably low. Maybe, the location is not very convenient at the moment, before MTR is accessible. Or, competition is definitely keen. It is a surprise to us all dim sums are freshly steamed and served in very good condition. Another point is that they are all very delectable or have the taste they should have.
Pricing of all stuffs in Hong
Kong is generally high, but there are still some ‘hidden’ places serving
products or foods at high quality. Thumbs Up! Provided all dim sums are fully steamed and cooked, it is still ok to try dim sums of lower price here.
