There
are several restaurants on 4/F. This Keisei serves in largest variety
of Japanese food, including sushi, noodle, udon, tempura, and rice. This
is the second time I try in Keisei. Since I like roasted eel rice very
much, I then order a combo of roasted eel rice. This combo (~Yen1,600)
includes a box of roasted eel in rice, a small glass of steamed egg, a
small plate of noodle, a bowl of soup and Japanese Salad.
The
roasted eel rice is as delicious as last time. The eel is fully cooked
and soaked with the special Japanese eel sauce. The noodle is a
discovery this time, it is small in portion. This does not lower the
quality of noodle, which is soft and sticky, and good for chewing. It can provide the best noodle
quality. It is not only a matter of the noodle texture itself, it is
also a result of the appropriate cooking time and condition.
Besides
the combo, we order a green tea ice-cream, costing ~Yen500 (very
expensive). Luckily, the ice-cream is very delicious, and can provide
Japanese green tea taste I look for. We are very satisfied after the
meal. I would try in Keisei again next time.
