It should be a dim sum specialty of modern style.

Steamed rice is average. For such spending, it is not possible in Kowloon and Hong Kong Island. The portion is generous. Price level is generally lowered in the New Territories.

We pass-by this dim sum specialty shop. From its outlook, it is not bad. This is the reason for us to have a try in lunchtime. It is a small shop only. A lot of dim sums are steamed in front of the shop, for saving spacing and attracting attention of passers-by.
We are not hungry and order two bowls of rice and a dim sum only. All are freshly steamed or are still steaming in front of the shop. They are not oily and too salty. These are the prerequisites for us to try in any new shops. Anyway, to us, it gets a pass with credit. We do not know whether the dim sums are sent from a supplier. But in our experience from the steamed rice, it is up to our expectation that the rice texture is not too soft.
