Fried Pasta w/ Duck Breast
It is unexpectedly delicious, we do not expect, in Tin Sam, a small cafe can serve such quality dish.
Rice w/ Seafood in Tomato Soup
It is nice too. There are a lot of clams at the bottom.
Broccoli Soup
Milk Tea
It is located on the ground floor of a two-storey residential construction.
It should have quite a lot of loyal customers, since it is not conveniently located.

Wistful Café is not easily found. Even though you have located Tin Sam Village, it is not easily found for outsiders. Wistful is on the ground floor but there is no signboard nearby. Maybe, it is the intention of the owner not to be widely known. The name of this café may give you an implication.
There are five options in the lunch sets, there are not too many options in the main menu, in my opinion. Anyway, for a small café, this assortment is already ok. We order rice in tomato soup and fried pasta with duck breast. All items are made to order and freshly prepared. Frankly speaking, for a lunch set at about fifty, the quality is already not bad or simply it is quite good. Soup and main courses are higher in quality than hot tea with milk.
