Pork
Knuckle is served with sweet & sour Thai sauce. This would enhance
appetite. The knuckle is in fact steamed but not deep-fried. I like both
cooking methods. The pork knuckle in Tiffany is very high, even higher
than those restaurants that claim their signature dish is pork knuckle.

Veal
Bone in black pepper sauce. Medium-Well is requested. It is still juicy
and rich in beef flavor, but not tough. It is not a must to order wagyu
(wagyu is not available in Tiffany, though they are not in the same category, strictly speaking.), the rib in Tiffany is already palatable.

Tiffany Cream Soup is tasty and should deserve to be the signature
soup. We can find mushroom, carrot and vegetarian shark’s fin in the
soup.

Remarks: the one in Wanchai had been closed several years before.
Tiffany Restaurant has been operating in Prince Edward for a long
history. It should be regarded as the best restaurant (not one of the
best) serving western food at reasonable price in Prince Edward. We are
delighted to visit again tonight.
We
order two dinner sets (beef and pork), the bill is $210 (average per
head $105). In our experience, normally the food quality is always above
average. There is no exception this time. Food portion is not small.
The average spending is only $100. It is surely a value for money dinner and we do
appreciate the stable food quality, and what their chefs and management
have devoted. Tiffany is surely in my recommendation list.
