Stir-fried Vegetable (塔菜, 'Pagoda Vegetable') is tasty and not too oily. The vegetable is young and only the youngest portion is served.

'Noodle with Green Onion and Oil' is a typical Hangzhou dish. A lot of chopped green onion is served on the top. Noodle is al dente, the green onion is responsible for supplying the fragrant flavor. Together with the special soya sauce on the bottom, it becomes an impeccable noodle.

'Smoked Fish' is not in large portion. From the above, the fish is not oily, but also not too dry. Dipping small amout of brown sauce, it becomes very tasty. The fish is fresh, meat and skin are still bouncy. Of course, there is no trace of fishiness.

'Pan-fried Pork Bun' (4 pcs, vinegar is included.) is slightly pan-fried on the base. The pork stuffed is juicy and there is a balance of taste. It is served in high quality.

We are late tonight and there are not too many diners. In fact, some diners have already finished the meal and left. We order 4 dishes only, average spending is $140. It is a bit expensive.

In view of food quality, they are still good as usual. Particularly the noodle is very tasty and impeccable. The noodle texture is al dente. Oil, green onion and special soya sauce are perfect match. It is an item to be recommended. We would like to send our special thank to the chefs. In view of food quality, the spending is still reasonable.
