'Baked Whole Abalone Puffs with Diced Chicken' is served in two pieces at $88. This is an must-order item.
The
puff base is of course crispy. In between abalone and the base is mini
cubes of chicken. All stuffs in this puff are of impeccable quality and
are very tasty.
'Ginger Sauce Kale'. Kale is young enough, every piece of kale is very palatable.
Cha
Siu (Barbecue Pork) is not in a high quality. The sauce is too sweet.
This item should be taken out from the menu of Lung King Heen . Chef
Chan should pay attention.
Lung King Heen Fried Rice is very
outstanding . It is fried with lobster meat and crab meat. There is a
balance of taste and the rice texture is optimum (not too dry nor too
moist).
Hash Milk Puffs take about 20 minutes to prepare. It has been deep-fried, not oily but very hot when served.
It is not too sweet.
This is a complimentary dessert plate for each table.

since 1911). We order pale yellow Chrysanthemun tea (which has many
medicinal uses, including an aid in recovery from influenza, acne and as

This
is no need to state again the background of Lung King Heen. We are glad
to have lunch today. When we are in the reception, we deeply sense that
service here is exceptionally good. This is true throughout the lunch.
The restaurant is full for the whole lunchtime period.
We order
dim sum, vegetable, cha siu and fried rice. Server would serve the dish
with the optimum level of service, but has never overdone. They would
not disturb us and we are comfortable to have our lunch. For the dishes
and dim sum, they are prepared with high level of cooking skill. Except
the cha siu, all are very delectable and have exceeded the level we
expect in our mind. Particularly the fried rice with seafood and the
abalone puff, they are the signature items and must be ordered every
time.
