Tandoori Chicken (Half) $108 has be modified and is not very indian in
taste. Though the chicken is not a fresh one, the meat is still juicy
and not too dry. There are a lot of shredded onion on the bottom.
Pork Ribs Soup (Bak Kut Teh) $65 is a tasty item . There is a strong flavor of Chinse herbs.
Gado Gado Salad $50 is not in large portion. There are white cabbage, bean sprout, carrot, green cucumber and .. .
Hokkien Mee $58 is a disappointing dish, mainly because the fried fish
meat has a smell of fishiness. Excluding this factor, this noodle fried
with black soya sauce is not outstanding.

Malaysian
restaurant should be one serving quality Malaysian cuisine. But in
Wanchai, there are in fact too many choices. Sabah Malaysian Cuisine is
always not the first choice or is always skipped. Today, we have not
made reservation and are lucky that a table is still available to us. The restaurant tonight is full, there are
diners of different nationalities. There is Indian-looking chef
preparing Roti Canai in the open kitchen. Servers are nice and
professional.
We
order 4 items only, average spending is about $150 per head. The
spending should be a bit expensive, in view of the food ingredients and
the overall taste. All items are quite good and original in taste,
except the Hokkien Mee (Fried Fujian noodle) which is average in taste and the fried fish meat has a flavor
of fishiness. It becomes the only bad spot in our Malaysian meal.
