Salmon
Griglia $135 . The Salmon is quite large in size. There are three
pieces of small scallop. Salmon texture can be improved, maybe, by
longer defrosting time before cooking. This dish is served with veggies
and mash, there is no need to order extra salad, in my opinion. The space saved in the stomach should be left for dessert(s).
Italian Beer - Moretti and Peroni
Risotto is not small in portion. Each piece of rice is al dente. It is
cooked with chicken meat and mushroom. The sauce is creamy enough and
the overall is tasty and nice.
It takes about 15 minutes before Chocolate Pudding is served. The hot cake is of ~10cm in diameter.
The lava is still moving, as it is not in focus. The sweetness has been adjusted and it is not too sweet.

We dine in Al Dente again tonight and a table is allotted to us on the
ground floor. As usual, we scrutinize the menu for the sake that some
dishes have not yet been tried by us before.
We
are quite accustomed to the dish presentation and food portion, we
order risotto and main dish only. It goes without saying that both
dishes are good in quality and very delicious. This food quality is the
usual standard we experience in Al Dente Soho. If it is a must to comment on the food, it is the Salmon fillet which is
not very tender enough. In my experience, it should be the defrosting
process which is not long enough.
At
last, we order a Chocolate Pudding, which takes 15 minutes to prepare.
It is not small in size. In view of price and taste, it is surely value
for money. The molten chocolate is not too sweet but is rich in
chocolate flavor .
You are recommended to have a try next time. Al Dente is always a
restaurant serving Italian cuisine of stable quality. Environment is a
bit packed. If it is full house, it would be very noisy and disgusting.
