'Grilled Eel w/ Jellyfish' is at most an average dish. Eel meat is a
bit dry and it seems that not sufficient seasonings have been added.

'Cha Siu Puff' is an item with reasonable taste and appearance.

This fried rice is alright in taste.

Steamed
Papaya w/ Coconut juice. When it is served, it is noticed that the
papaya should not be the one with good quality. Coconut juice does not
seem to have been steamed with papaya for a period of time. It is anyway
a failed dessert . It should not be priced at $80 each.

Tsui
Hang Village (THV) is an old restaurant with many years history in Hong
Kong. Today we have lunch in Central, it is full in lunchtime. We do
not expect the restaurant is quite packed. Maybe, it is packed in
lunchtime only, but I have not visited at night and cannot give any answer.
We
are a bit disappointed that most items are not very delicious, or at
most in the average level. For the dessert, the papaya should be
imported from the Mainland and the quality is poor, resulting that the
whole dessert fails. In my opinion, the
papaya should be bought at much higher price. Otherwise, it is better
not to serve in the menu. It is suggested unless there is no other
choice in Central, it is better not to visit THV. In view of the average
spending, there are too many choices of surely better quality in Central.
