I am lucky to learn that almond pork jerky (江記華隆杏仁紙) is available in
Wah Kee Wing Cheong Ho (WK). It is a snack from Taiwan and I would like
to buy for a long time. Besides this original taste of almond pork jerky, its counterpart 'Shrimp pork jerky' is available too. Of course, it is better to try the original taste.
This
almond pork jerky is as thin as a piece of paper (as thin as 0.02 cm ).
When you put it under light, it is nearly transparent. Basically, the
minced pork is mixed well with almond slices. No msg and preservative
have been added to the jerky. It is therefore a healthy snack and should be
eaten within 20 days from the date on the packing plastic bag. It must
not be put into the fridge and you should be shared it with your loved
as soon as possible.
Taste
is for sure very palatable and there is a trace of almond flavor. Pork
is seasoned with sauce and the best taste is resulted. Each piece of
pork jerky is of size 10cm x 15cm , and it is easily broken into smaller
pieces. We should appreciate the preparation of this thin pork jerky by Jiang Ji in
Taiwan and the distribution in Hong Kong by Wah Kee Wing Cheong Ho. Pork
jerky is not always available, it all depends on whether it can be
