'We order three dishes only, namely steamed fish, vegetable w/ garlic
paste and steamed egg w/ minced pork. The portion is not small, which is
not in our expectation.
Steamed Common Carp.
The meat is in the form of strip, implying that it is fresh and bouncy. It is a high quality steamed river fish.
Originally,
we guess we should have ordered 'Fried Egg w/ Minced Pork', but it
turns out to be 'Steamd Egg w/ Minced Pork' . Sorry. The reddish orange
sauce is chili oil, resulting that this dish is a bit spicy . Though it is not in the form we expect, it is anyway quite delicious.
'Stir-fried Vegetable w/ Garlic'
It is decorated in the formed of a Chinese restaurant we are
accustomed to in Hong Kong. But there are not many diners on the date we
visit. Guangdong, Guizhou and Sichuan cuisines are served.
Libo Sanli Hotel is a newly opened 4-Star hotel in Libo. It is quite
good if we evaluate from the standard of this city . It is the best
hotel in Libo district.
Libo
is a small town. It is easy to locate Libo Sanli Hotel as there is neon
light on the top of building at night. We expect there should be
restaurants in this hotel serving foods of higher quality. Our
speculation is correct. There are a café and a restaurant serving Chinese food.
At the time of our visit, there are not many diners. I am afraid the
number of waitresses should be more than the number of diners. That
means in our surrounding there is no interference by other diners.
We
order 3 dishes only, namely fish, egg and vegetable. Average spending
is RMB50, it is of course not a small spending for the locals. We only
order those dishes requiring not so sophisticated cooking skill (in our
mind), for fear that they would spoil the food materials.
We
are delighted they have not spoilt the food materials. On the contrary,
all three dishes are delicious. Particularly the fish is steamed with
the right timing, resulting that fish meat is bouncy and fresh. Together
with the soy sauce and fragrant spring onion, we can say that it is steamed to perfection. If you also visit Libo one day, you should also have a try in this restaurant.
