In Hong Kong, most probably I would not dine in this noodle stall.
Here in Libo, we cannot find any food stalls of better quality in the
vicinity. Luckily, no flies are found.
We order two bowls of rice noodle only. We have to ensure all food items have to be boiled again in boiling water for a while.
Only preserved vegetable has been added to rice noodle.
Pan-fried
Egg and pork are ordered as well. The noodle is a bit thinner. Taste is
not bad at any rate and it is the omnipotent power of msg. I have eaten
the noodle and pan-fried egg only, and have not drunk any soup.
Dehydrated rice noodle.

Remarks:
Though
the surrounding countryside of Libo is fascinating, it is anyway in
remote area of Guizhou . It is not in our expectation that it is not
easy to find an eatery for breakfast. Of course, we do not expected to
find an eatery similar to those Cha Chaan Teng in Hong Kong . We are still at stake this time.
Finally,
we come across such an eatery with diners inside and the foods (noodle)
can be cooked fully by boiling water. This is the minimum standard we
can accept in such situation. At least, we do not find any flies nearby.
We order two bowls of noodle in soup, and have to ensure that the noodles and other stuffs have to be fully boiled.
We
do not have any complaint on the taste and noodle textures are quite
good as a matter of fact. Of course, it is the omnipotent power of msg,
particularly in the mainland. At least, our stomachs have been filled up
and we do not have vomit or stomachache thereafter. After this meal, we for sure go straight to enjoy the picturesque scenery again.
