'Crab & Lobster Cakes w/ Salad' is served with a whole bottle of
homemade tartar sauce. We are so sorry that we finish this whole bottle
of sauce.
The cake is pan-fried slightly on both sides. Crab and lobster meats
are mixed well with potato mash and shredded vegetable. They are very
palatable, perfect match and wonderful.
'Chili
Prawn Angel Hair Pasta' is not too presentable. Angel hair pasta is a
bit like rice vermicelli in appearance. But when it is put into the
mouth, we know this is Angel hair pasta, which is not too soft and in
fact in the right softness. It is also quite spicy though it is not so at first glance.
There are totally 6 large pieces of prawn. They are bouncy naturally
in texture and surely fresh. It is cooked to perfection. We are
delighted to have ordered these two dishes.

We visit Fish Bar again tonight, it is a hot summer day with breeze
blowing from the Mid-Levels. Tonight there are not too many diners, we
arbitrarily select a table on the side. Service is still good as before.
It
is a crustacean meal tonight as two dishes ordered also have crab,
lobster or prawn. Besides, freshly baked bread is served, there is no
need to order more. Within our expectation, both dishes are very tasty
and this is surely the result of both outstanding cooking skill and quality food materials. Strictly
speaking, they both exceed our expectation beforehand. Crab and lobster
meats are fresh and bouncy. Overall taste would be further enhanced by
eating with tartar sauce.
The
Angel hair pasta has the right softness and is spicy enough. Together
with the high quality fresh prawn, when we finish the whole plate of
angel hair pasta, the marginal utility has just reached a value of zero.
We are lucky to have a delicacy tonight in Fish Bar of Marriott.
