Vegetable Samosa should have been fried with good cooking skill. We cannot find any oil on the plate.
Fish
Fillet Rice should be eaten with the sauce in the photo below. There
are many pieces of fillet with thin batter. Rice has been steamed to the
perfect condition, it is fried with curry sauce, fried garlic, dried
grape. It should be one of the signature rices.
Extra sauce for Fish Fillet Rice is served in a small bowl.
Indian
Curry Chicken. There are totally four large pieces of chicken. It must
not be frozen chicken. It is cooked with garlic, pineapple, tomato. It
is better to eat with rice or naan. The sauce is not thick, but quite
watery ( this should be Indian style). We quite like this curry chicken. Chicken meat is not tough.

We
have not planned to dine in International Curry House tonight. The
restaurant is full, we only need to wait for about 5 minutes before a
table is allotted to us. The restaurant in fact is not small, it should
be able to accommodate more than 50 diners at the same time. Waiters would not have too hospitable service, please do not expect attentive service in your meal.
We
order samosa, signature fish fillet rice and Indian curry chicken.
Particularly for the rice with fish fillet, each piece of rice is in
right softness and has absorbed curry sauce. If it is not enough, extra
curry sauce is served in a small bowl . Fish fillet is a bit bouncy and of good quality (but not high
quality) as chilled fillet is used. The meat texture is not loose or too
soft. It is tasty rice and the portion is quite generous.
Apart from Indian curry, you may also order curry of other countries.
As far as I remember, there is no Japanese curry. There should be one
curry of your favourite.
