Remarks: Booking is suggested.
It is the first time we have dim sum in Ming Court . In lunchtime,
the environment is much better as the quality of diners should be
higher. They dine, chat and enjoy dim sum quietly.
We
have not ordered set meal but order six dim sums and vermicelli in
soup. Since we have four persons and the total is shared, average
spending is a bit lowered. We have not ordered too many items and the
portion is just sufficient for a light meal.
As expected, dim sums are all of high quality and we do not have any
disappointment. Dim sums are decent, freshly prepared, not oily and not
too salty. Food materials are fresh and specially selected. The chefs
should have prepared foods with heart and enthusiasm.
Waitresses are all attentive, in good manner and have never overdone.
We appreciate their service very much. You are recommended to have a
try, but booking is suggested.
