Smoked Salmond w/ Bread & Salad
Better w/ herbs is served separately.
It is a quite healthy meal of eating vegetable, smoked salmon (not
salmon sashimi) and bread. The bread is not soft, which should be
healthier and more nutritive. All breads served in Pumpernickel are not
soft and not like those Japanese soft bread.
Smoked Salmon Sandwich is also served with salad. The differences should be the portion of smoked salmon and selection of bread.
It is located on the 4th floor of the Arts Centre, Wanchai.

Though both pasta and sandwich are served in Pumpernickel, I would
normally order bread or sandwich. Pasta should be tried in other
restaurants. Or, it would be a waste of time and money.
There
are not too many diners today, we order two meal sets of salmon
sandwich. One is served with drink and the other is not. Bread is not
the soft type, as those in Yamazaki. Bread in Pumpernickel is mostly not
soft but rough in nature. The bread itself is not very tasty. But it is healthier and
you will not be hungry within two hours. We can taste the natural flavor
of wheat. We would therefore like to try in Pumpernickel regularly.
