'Pizza of Ham, Caper Mushroom and Zucchini' is a tasty one. Caper is
pickled and salted; and is a distinctive ingredient in southern Italian
cooking. The crust is thin.
There are more vegetables than meats. Caper is dark green in color.
Seafood Linguine is very impressive and orange colour.
This shrimp is large in size, fresh and bouncy.
Linguine
is quite al dente. The fish fillet is fresh and very good in taste. We
are impressed by the selection of such freshest fish. Basically, I do
not like linguine. But because of the try here and at a restaurant in
Central, my impression towards linguine changes (to be more positive).

Lobby
Lounge of Conrad Hotel is a nice restaurant. It has very high ceiling
and gives us an open and relaxing feeling. Such ambiance is available
only in 5-Stars Hotel. If you are lucky (I do not know whether it is
really lucky, sometimes), you may dine with celebrities at the next table.
We
have not selected the afternoon buffet. Basically we have a look in
advance and notice that it is not value for money to try afternoon
buffet. We therefore change to order a la carte. Pizza and linguine are
ordered. It does not take a long time before the pizza is served. Maybe, there are not many diners today afternoon.
We
are satisfied with both pizza and linguine, in view of food ingredients
and taste. They both are of hotel quality, we do have surprise for the
linguine. Though it is much expensive than the same in other
restaurants, we are willing to pay higher to have more enjoyment.
