'Braised Eel' has a typical appearance of country cuisine, without
good presentation and always in dark brown colour. But it is delicious
and the eel is very fresh.
Fried Bean w/ Pork.
Pan-fried Egg w/ Spring Onion. Normally, pan-fried egg is in such a
large size and one-pieced. There is a very nice flavour of egg.
Stewed Beancurd Sheet. Each beancurd sheet is in small piece. It is
not very strong in taste. It is a natural and nutritive stuff. We like
it very much.
Lijiang Villa is a building of two storeys with wooden appearance.

After
boat-drifting in Lijiang (Li River) in Guilin for about one hour, it is
time to have lunch. Lijiang Villa is a building of two storeys with
wooden appearance. For better view and environment, it is better to
select a table on the upper floor.
We
order four dishes. Comparatively, average spending is a bit high. It is
anyway located in the world class famous scenic spot – Guilin. Dishes
are quite delicious and not small in portion. Fish is fresh and its
texture is bouncy. All others are hot enough and not too salty. We really do not have any complaint and disappointing for a restaurant in scenic spot.
If you visit Lijiang (Li River) and go boat-drifting next time, you may try in Lijiang Villa. It is quite a good experience.
