Wu Gu Za Liang (五穀雜糧) has a pleasing outlook to us.
Hui Quan Beer (HQB) is a beer from Fujian, China.
'Fried Egg w/ Tomato' is highly recommended for dining in the
mainland. It is easy to cook and should be a healthy and hygienic dish.
'Stir-fried Shredded Potato' is a bit spicy.
'Stir-fried Black Fungus'
Delipedia Black Fungus contains 8 kinds of amino acid human body needs. It is
rich in Vitamin B2, colloid, iron and calcium. The polysaccharide in
black fungus has anti-tumor effect. It is also good for liver and
stomach.
Braised Eggplant is one of the signature items. It is very
presentable. We appreciate their heart in the cooking and preparation.
It is needed to have a close-up. The taste is good. It is not oily and the yellow beans are soft enough.
'Braised Duck in Spicy Sauce' is appetizing in appearance and is also
delicious. It is of course particularly good for those who like spicy
food.
Plain Rice is not white enough, but it is already not bad.

On
the way to Nan Chang (南昌), we pass by Jing De Zhen (景德鎮). Wu Gu Za
Liang (五穀雜糧) has a welcoming outlook to us and we decide to dine here.
It is a Chinese restaurant serving all kinds of food materials, provided you can think of. We of course have only
ordered those commonly available food materials, mainly duck and
vegetables.
All
dishes are savory and have exceeded our general expectation. It is
heartening to learn that food quality in a Chinese restaurant randomly
selected in our journey is also at such a high level. We surely have no
complaint to service and food quality. It is a very nice try of Jiangxi cuisine.
