Only hot stuffs are ordered, namely noodle, soup and dumpling.
'Spicy Rice Noodle' is not small in portion. No soup is included. In
my experience, it is better not to order with-soup dish, in order to
absorb less msg, particularly in the mainland.
Even though there is no soup, spicy soya sauce and oil are tasty
enough. Rice noodle is al dente. It is a very palatable experience to
eat hot and spicy noodle.

The driver brings us to visit this noodle soup shop. It is a noodle
soup shop of typical decoration in the mainland, but it should have its
own story and be quite well-known in Nan Chang.
Apart
from noodle and soup, there are also snacks. But we only order noodle,
soup and dumpling; we do not want to take risk of eating cold dishes.
Quality of dishes we order is surely much above average, particularly
for the noodle. It is spicy enough and the noodle texture is al dente. It is definitely a
shop serving tasty noodle, which is good for both our palate and
pocket.
