'Sizzling
Garoupa and Steak' . All sizzling meal sets are served with bread,
soup, plain rice or spaghetti, and set drink. Sauces, namely gravy,
black pepper and onion, are available for selection. Both garoupa and
steak are good in texture and quality, it is anyway a meal set of about $100.
'Sizzling Pork Chop and Scallops'. Pork chop has not yet been marinated with meat tenderizer, overall quality is enhanced.
Scallops are large in size, taste is average only. It is better to be shared.
'Grape Fruit & Green Lemon Drink' is not expected to be served in
Boston Restaurant. It is anyway a good try, other than those coffee and
iced lemon tea.

Boston
Restaurant is well-known in Wanchai and should be the first generation
restaurant serving westernized food and sizzling plates in Hong Kong.
Nearly 95% of diners would order sizzling plates at night, resulting
that the interior is quite foggy. But at the same time , the restaurant is filled with juicy pork chop and steak smell.
It
takes about 15 minutes before the sizzling plates are ordered. Pork
chop and steaks are not expected to be in such freshness and high
texture quality. In view of the average pricing of one hundred dollars,
it is quite a leisure and enjoyable experience in Boston Restaurant. I am afraid it takes another several years before our next visit.
