Baked
oyster with miso paste is particualrly palatable, it is a must-order
item in Shin. The oyster is from Ise in Honshu, Japan. The oyster is
fresh. For this baked oyster, the soul is the miso paste, this taste may
not be available in other Japanese restaurants.
Tempura is served with cold udon.
Sauce, sesame and spring onion are included.
Udon is al dente and chewy.

We are introduced to dine in this newly opened Japanese restaurant in
Tai Hang. From the outlook and interior, it is very much like a sushi
restaurant in Japanese. Tonight, the restaurant is full. Diners include
film stars, celebrities and the general public.
We
order sashimi, grilled oyster, tempura and udon. Average spending is
about nine hundred. In view of the food assortment, freshness and
authenticity, it should be value for money. But we do not like the
overdone service and the noisy dining environment. If you do not mind dining in a noisy environment, you are recommended to have a visit.
