This orange colour stuff is the only vegetarian dish with average quality.
Cha Siu (Vegetarian BBQ Pork) is too dry, salty, tough and oily. The black stuff is preserved olive.
Steamed Chicken with Ginger Paste has a very strong taste of msg, which is in surplus amount. It is a distasteful dish.
This
'Treasure Assorted Pot' should be their signature dish, but it is also
.... . It is exceptionally rich in msg. It is a very ... disappointing
meal. I query the rationale of the restaurant owner in running this
vegetarian restaurant.

We
would like to have a vegetarian meal in Prince Edward, it seems that
there are not many selections in the vicinity. Since we have not dined
here before, we also notice there are monk and nun diners (they dine
separately) tonight. We guess it should be a quality vegetarian
restaurant.
We order four dishes, average spending is only one
hundred and sixty. When all dishes are served to us, we try them one by
one and notice they are not alright. There is a deviation from what we
have in our mind for vegetarian meal. It does not seem to be the food
quality from a restaurant with more than twenty years history, I guess.
Apart from only one dish with average quality, it is a total failure for
all other three dishes. They are all distasteful. We also sense that
they have added surplus msg to dishes, resulting in a very strange
flavour. But I would appreciate the service of all servers.

*this
was no noise made by diners, but it was made by the lady boss (should
have attained the age of sixty or more) who tuned the TV set volume to a
very loud and disgusting level.
