Buns are served with butters. They are hot and very delicious, as expected.
Pasta with prawn is served in hot. It is an outstanding and moreish item. Prawn is fresh and delectable.
This
Monkfish (鮟鱇魚) is a tasty dish. Diced apple is on the top. The fish is
from France, its texture is firm but not good enough. Some people refer
Monkfish to be the lobster of the poor.
Frog with Mushroom is a
hot stuff and full of deep flavour. The green stuff is vegetable paste,
the taste is a bit bitter and it should be eaten with frog meat.
Wild Venison Fillet is tender, juicy and tasty, it does not have a special smell like beef.
This is like a Chinese dumpling in appearance. It is in fact deep-fried cheese with nothing inside.

This is a tasty sorbet.

admit I still yearn for vanity. Sometimes, it is needed to dine in top
class restaurant, in order to reward what we have devoted in the past.
Michelin one-starred Pierre of Mandarin Oriental is selected.
We
order seven courses tasting menu and would like to know what would be
served to us. Champagnes are ordered separately. Not all dishes in the
tasting menu would give us surprise. To dine in Pierre, food is only a
part of the package, which also includes service, atmosphere and the
enchanting night view of the Victoria. To be an epicure, you find no
reason not to visit Pierre.
